Terms of Service

• Accounts — Growio has no public sign-up. Institution accounts are created by Talivio; teacher and guardian accounts are created by the institution. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret.
• Acceptable use — The platform may be used only for tracking the development of children enrolled at the institution. Uploading content unrelated to that purpose is not permitted.
• Payments between guardians and institutions — Growio records what an institution agreed and received. It never collects money from a family and never sends them automated payment reminders.
• Subscription — The institution's subscription is billed monthly through Talivio Pay. Prices exclude VAT. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded.
• Availability — We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
• Termination — Either side may end the agreement. On termination the institution can export its records; afterwards they are deleted as described in the privacy policy.
• Governing law — Estonian law applies. Disputes are heard by the courts of Estonia.
